Homemade Integral Loaf Recipe

This Homemade Integral Loaf recipe is a homemade bread recipe, healthily, with the mother yeast dough for a soft, properly puffed loaf with lots of flavor for the whole family.

We cooked this recipe using wholemeal flour, but you can cook it with whatever flour you want.
Also, it is softer than our homemade black bread. or rye bread. As well, we cook it differently from the stuffed loaves.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of all-purpose flour
  • 100 g of integral flour
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of lukewarm water
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. First, we will make the mother yeast dough and let it rise. So, in a glass bowl, add some lukewarm milk, a teaspoon of sugar, and yeast.
  2. Then, mix well and add 2-3 tablespoons of flour.
  3. Next, mix and leave the yeast to activate for 20 minutes.
    Once the time passed, we will see bubbles on the surface of the dough, and the dough started to increase in volume.
  4. In a bowl, we will add the incoming dough, the number of liquid ingredients, and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. We will add the flour by first mixing both types of flour. If you have a kneader, you can knead the dough with it. In the end, we will throw salt.
  6. At the end of the mixing, we will get a sticky dough. Then, let the covered dough rise and double the volume in a warm place for an hour.
  7. Once the time passes and the dough rise, we throw it in a work plan sprinkled with flour.
  8. We will make some folds of the dough from the inside several times, helping it with flour.

  10. Arrange the individual pieces of dough in a round pen with a diameter of 28 cm that we have covered with baking paper or oiled.
  11. We cover them and let them come for 30 -40 minutes. Meanwhile, we preheated the oven to 200 degrees. Then, we brush the integral loaves with some milk to get a beautiful reddish color on baking. Homemade Integral Loaf-Family Cooking Recipes
  12. Bake them for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
