Directions
- We cut the beef fillet into pieces 2-3 cm thick.
- We also cut mushrooms in medium slices, not too thin.
- First, we will start to cook cut mushrooms. In a pan, we will add a little olive oil and a clove of garlic. We add the mushrooms and cook them for a few minutes.
- We remove the mushrooms from the pan, and in the same pan, we will add a little olive oil, one clove of garlic, and a sprig of rosemary.
- Once the pan is hot, we will place the beef fillets, marinate them with salt and ground pepper at the moment and leave them for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- We will quench them with white wine and let the alcoholic part evaporate at a high temperature.
- Add the mushrooms and cook them together with the beef fillet for another minute.
- We remove the meat and mushrooms from the pan.
- At the bottom of the pan where we cook the beef and mushrooms, we will add a little water and a little butter and put it on the fire until to make a sauce, which we try for salt and pepper.
- Serve and consume the beef fillet with mushrooms warm on its sauce and a sprig of fresh rosemary. We recommend to accompany it with a glass of red wine.
