Beef Fillet With Mushrooms

- 600 g beef fillet
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 spring fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
We cut the beef fillet into pieces 2-3 cm thick.We also cut mushrooms in medium slices, not too thin. In a pan, we will add a little olive oil and a clove of garlic. We add the mushrooms and cook them for a few minutes.
We remove the mushrooms from the pan, and in the same pan, we will add a little olive oil, one clove of garlic, and a sprig of rosemary. Once the pan is hot, we will place the beef fillets, marinate them with salt and ground pepper at the moment and leave them for 2-3 minutes on each side We will quench them with white wine and let the alcoholic part evaporate at a high temperature
Add the mushrooms and cook them together with the beef fillet for another minute. After it, we remove the meat and mushrooms from the pan
Add in the same pan a little water and butter and put it on the fire until to make a sauce. We season it with salt and pepper.
Serve and consume the beef fillet with mushrooms warm on its sauce and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
We recommend to accompany it with a glass of red wine.
