Ingredients
- 350 g of risotto rice
- one bunch of White Pioppini mushrooms
- 100 g of bacon
- 1-carrot
- 1/2 onion
- olive oil
- minced cheese and butter
- 2 l of vegetable broth (onion, carrot, Cerely stick, salt, water)
- salt, pepper, fresh parsley
- 1/2 glass of white wine
Directions
- First, in a deep pan, add one onion, one carrot, a Cerely stick. Cover all with water and add a little salt.
- Then, put it to boil for 20 minutes to make our risotto vegetable broth. As well, you can use chicken broth as you like so.
- Next, dice the onion finely. In a non-stick pan, add olive oil and onion. Stir fry for a while until onion tender.
- Then, add finely cut in cubes carrot and bacon.
- Then, continue to cook it until the bacon makes crispy.
- Meanwhile, we separate Pioppini from their branch. Rinse them quickly and dry well.
