Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef ribs cut into pieces
- 1 kg of small potatoes
- salt, pepper
- laurel leaves
- olive oil
- a glass of white wine
- 1- garlic clove
- oregano
Directions
- We cut the meat into suitable pieces so that it cooks faster and serves it as desired.
- We rinse the beef ribs well and dry them with kitchen paper. In a saucepan, we add olive oil, garlic clove, and bay leaves. We add the beef ribs, too.
- We will rotate them on all sides for a few minutes in the pan until they turn gold. Quench them with wine and let the alcoholic part evaporate at high heat.
- We will cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. We can also add half a glass of water.
- Meanwhile, prepare the small potatoes. They can consume with the whole skin, but I decided to peel them.
- We rinse them well and marinate them with salt, pepper, olive oil, and placed them in a glass casserole.
- We will place above them the pieces of beef ribs. We also add the meat liquid that is in the pan. If you prefer, you can mix it first with a glass of water, and after that, we add it to the baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. The meat should be tender and the potatoes baked.
- In the end, we season it with oregano.
