Ingredients
- 2 kg of lamb shoulder or leg part
- 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 1 lemon
- salt
- 100 ml of olive oil
- dry oregano
- Pepper
Directions
- First, we cut the lamb ribs and shoulder in pieces. Then, clean it with running water and let it drain.
- Also, dry it with kitchen paper and marinate it with salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Next, we will also clean the potatoes, cut them into large slices, and marinate them the same way as the lamb.
- Then, transfer marinated potatoes and lamb into an oven pan and cover them well with aluminum foil.
- We put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. The meat should cook for about 2 hours.
- Finally, remove the paper and let it cook for another 15 minutes until it takes a beautiful reddish color.
- Serve the roast lamb with warm potatoes and accompany it with quality red wine and salads that you like.
