Sicilian Potatoes

Sicilian Potatoes recipe is a super delicious recipe, which cooks simply in the oven. Potatoes combined with tuna, olives, and capers bring a delicate flavor to a tasty appetizer of your table.
The potatoes come out soft on the inside as they are partially boiled and crunchy on the outside for the way we bake them. This recipe is one of the best accompaniments to your side dishes based on different meats or cheeses.
