- 400 g fresh homemade potato gnocchi
- 300 g of shrimps
- 3 well ripen tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, garlic, fresh basil

- First, we will throw a clove of garlic and olive oil in a pan. Let it heat up, and let the garlic release the aromas.
- Then, toss the cleaned shrimps and let them cook for a few minutes. Add a little salt and pepper.
- Next, add the peeled tomatoes, cleaned from their seeds, and cut them into cubes. Tomatoes should be well ripe. You can also use cherry tomatoes if you want.
