Ingredients
- 500 g of big shrimps or scampi shrimps
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
For gratin
- 3 tbsp full of bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp full of ground Parmigiano or Grana cheese
- one bunch of fresh parsley
Directions
- We will clean the shrimp from the shell, the sand vein, and the tail while holding its head. Rinse them well and dry them with kitchen paper.
- In a small bowl, add olive oil, salt, and pepper and marinate the shrimps.
- In another bowl, we will mix the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese.
- Finely chop the previously washed parsley with a kitchen knife and add it to the dry mixture.
- We will prepare a baking pan lined with baking paper.
- We will pass the marinated shrimp to the mixture of bread, cheese, and parsley, and we will coat them well on both sides.
- Place them in the pan and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until they get a nice golden color or on the grill program for 4-5 minutes.
- It depends on your oven program. The shrimp cook quickly, so when we see that it turns golden red, we remove them from the oven and place them on a serving plate.
- Serve them warm.
Bon Appetit!
