Sausage Mushroom Omelette

  • one green onion

Directions

  1. In a pan, add a little olive oil and sliced sausages, and stir them for a few minutes.
    Continue cooking it by adding the sliced mushrooms to the same pan. Add a little salt and pepper.
  2. We wash the spinach, and we will cut it thin.

  7. Put it again on the pan and cook it for another minute on the other side.
