Directions

  1. We will take the shrimp and clean it from the shell, sand veins, and head. You can leave the head if you want, but I removed it for ease of consumption. We keep the shrimp heads in the freezer, and we will use them when we make juice to cook risotto with shrimp.
  2. Divide the shrimp in half lengthwise and place in a glass container.
  3. Prepare the marinade liquid by mixing well lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh minced parsley.
  4. We throw the marinade over the shrimp and cover them.
  5. Transfer Red shrimp to the fridge to rest for 30 minutes to an hour and serve as desired.
