Ingredients
- Royal Red Shrimp
- Lemon
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, fresh parsley
Directions
- We will take the shrimp and clean it from the shell, sand veins, and head. You can leave the head if you want, but I removed it for ease of consumption. We keep the shrimp heads in the freezer, and we will use them when we make juice to cook risotto with shrimp.
- Divide the shrimp in half lengthwise and place in a glass container.
- Prepare the marinade liquid by mixing well lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh minced parsley.
- We throw the marinade over the shrimp and cover them.
- Transfer Red shrimp to the fridge to rest for 30 minutes to an hour and serve as desired.
Bon Appetit!
