Pispili Me Presh

Ingredients

  • 3-leeks
  • 2- water glass of cornflour
  • 2- water glass of milk
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 -egg
  • 20 g of butter
  • salt
  • olive oil

  2. In a saucepan, add the chopped leeks, olive oil, and a little salt, and stir-fry for a few minutes until softened. You can also add half a glass of water or milk and cover it with a lid for better cook.
  3. In another pot, pour the milk and set it to heat. Add the cornflour and mix until it becomes a dough.

  5. We take a pyrex glass casserole and grease it with oil. We throw the mass in the baking pan casserole, and with the help of a spoon, we open it evenly. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
