Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe

Seafood and fishes are healthy and delicious nutrition, and in our family, we like to consume fish-based recipes at least 1 time a week. I want to share with you the Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe, which I cooked a few days ago.

Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe- Family Cooking Recipes

Ingredients for 4- Servings

1-1.2 kg sea bass
1-2 potatoes
1-eggplant
1-carrot
1-red bell pepper
1-zucchini
1-yellow bell pepper
3-4 cherry tomatoes, or 2 – medium ripe tomatoes
salt, pepper
olive oil
1-2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1-lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C/400°F.
  2. Clean the sea bass by scales, scabs, and remove all the abdomen intestines. If you find the fish egg take apart for another recipe. You can leave the fish in all, or cut in pieces, before baking.
  3. Prepare the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and carrot and diced.
  4. Cut the same, zucchini, and eggplant. Clean the bell peppers from seeds and cut in sliced. Cut the tomatoes in slices or half if you have cherry tomatoes. Cut the lemon in slices.Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe- Family Cooking Recipes
  5. Marinate the Sea Bass, and vegetables with salt and pepper and olive oil.
  6. Transfer all in a baking dish, placing firstly te vegetables and the fish above them. Season the fish and vegetables with parsley and lemon slices.Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe- Family Cooking Recipes
    Add a little olive oil and transfer to bake to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake firstly at 200°C/400°F, for 15-20 minutes, and after that cover with an aluminum paper and bake for other 30-35 minutes until vegetable cooked.Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe- Family Cooking Recipes
  8. Transfer the sea bass in a serving plate, consuming warm with the baked vegetables and crusty bread.Oven Baked Sea Bass Recipe- Family Cooking Recipes
