- 200 g of oat flour
- 3 eggs
- 60 g of brown sugar
- 50 g of honey
- 80 ml of oil
- 3 tbsp of milk
- 10 g of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp of rum flavor
- 50-100g raisin or other dry fruits (optionally)
Directions
- First, Beat the egg whites until foamy.
- In another bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar until white.
- Then, add honey and continue mixing.
- Next, add the oil, raisins previously softened in water.
- Also, add cinnamon, rum aroma and mix well.
- Finally, add the oat flour mixed with the baking powder.
- In the end, add the meringue egg whites piece by piece, mixing with a spatula from the bottom up. So, it does not lose volume and absorbs properly by the dough mass evenly.
