Directions

- Add the minced beef and pork and mix in low heat until the meats start to cook and change the color.
- Add the white wine to vanish the mixture and increase the heat until the wine evaporates completely.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender, and after that, add the tomato sauce. Add a little salt and pepper.
- Add one liter of water and let the mixture cook in low heat for about one hour. After the first hour, check the bolognese sauce and cook for another hour, adding the second liter of water. Continue like this, one more time, until cook properly. The Bolognese Sauce needs a long cooking time using a slow cook technique.
After that, you can use this sauce immediately or reheat when you need to cook your next recipe.
Conservation
- You can conserve the bolognese sauce in a refrigerator container for 2-3 days, or you can transfer in the freezer for longer conservation time. When you take it out, you need to consume it and not freeze again.
