The Ingredients for Four Servings

  • 400 g penne pasta
  • 300 g Bolognese sauce
  • 250 g Bechamel sauce
  • 150g ground Parmigiano cheese, or any other ground cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven in 180-190°C/350-370°F.
  2. In e deep pan, add cold water and let boil in high heat. When the water boils, add salt and penne pasta and cook the pasta al dente. Drain the pasta helping by a pasta colander and let apart.Easy Baked Penne Pasta Recipe-Family Cooking Recipes
  3. Grease a baking dish, add half of the cooked penne pasta. Cover all the pasta, adding half of the bolognese sauce, half of the bechamel sauce, and half of the ground cheese.Easy Baked Penne Pasta Recipe-Family Cooking Recipes
  4. Repeat the process one more time, adding other rest of penne pasta, covering again with bolognese sauce, bechamel sauce, and at the end, add all the rest of the ground cheese.Easy Baked Penne Pasta Recipe-Family Cooking Recipes
  5. Bake the penne pasta in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Transfert in a warm serving dish and consume it warm.

Tips

  • You can use other tips for the pasta to prepare this recipe.
  • The bechamel sauce and bolognese sauce can prepare on the same day that you will cook this recipe, but this process will need more cooking time. The easiest and faster way is to cook the sauces one day before.
