For preparing 250 g white bechamel Sauce, we need these ingredients:

250 ml of warm milk
25 g unsalted butter
25 g (1tbsp) all-purpose flour
Salt, white ground pepper, ground Muscat nuts

 

Directions

Remove the pan from the heat and add the warm milk mixing the ingredients. The milk must not be hot.

Start mixing fast helping from a beater until flour and milk create a homogenous liquid, without small grains. Transfer the pan to medium heat, and continue mix until the bechamel liquid gets thick. After cooling, transfer the bechamel sauce in the refrigerator, conserving for 2-3 days in there.

If you prefer more coloring and taste, you can add an egg yolk to the bechamel sauce, and cook for another minute before removing from the heat.
