  • 2-3 codfishes
  • onion-1
  • carrot-1
  • potato-1
  • 1 small green zucchini
  • 1 slice of yellow butternut squash
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon

Directions

  1. First, we clean the fish and rinse it well.
  2. Then, we put it to boil in a pot, where we added a little salt. Cover it with cold water. Boil it for 15 minutes and let it cool.
  3. Meanwhile, we will clean and dice the vegetables.
  4. In a saucepan, we will add olive oil and finely chopped onion. Next, cook it until it becomes transparent and soft.
  5. Add the other diced vegetables and simmer them for a few minutes.
  6. Also, we add winter squash to this soup because it is its season. But, you can add or remove vegetables according to your preference.
  7. Add the fish juice and water as needed and boil the soup for 10 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, clean the fish from the needles. Then, and resulting fish pulp to the soup in the last 5 minutes.
  9. Finally, arrange the soup with fresh parsley, lemon, and a little black pepper. Serve it warm. This soup is super tasty and healthy cooking.
