Pizzas are one of the dough-based dishes we all like, especially kids. Their preparation is simple, and today we want to share with you How to Make Mini Pizza for a family meal or even for a party with your kids. Ingredients for the Dough
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 160 ml of milk

Directions
- Take the pizza dough as we explained in our other pizza recipes. First, we heat the milk a little, and in a big bowl together with a quantity of milk, we will mix the yeast and sugar and two tablespoons of flour and make a thin dough for activating the yeast. Mix them and let the yeast activate for 15-20 minutes.
- After the time passes, add the rest of the flour, oil, and salt and knead the dough, work it well and let it come to a warm place for 1-2 hours.
- Once the dough doubles the volume, we divide it into small parts. I used a Pyrex baking mini pizza pan that has its pizza shape and made the dough pieces the size of a walnut, but you can make them even others and line them in a large baking Pizza pan.
- Let the separate pieces of dough rise for another 15 minutes. We open them by hand and place them in the baking pan. Add the sauce, mozzarella cheese, and all the other finely chopped ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10-12 minutes. See for yourself that it depends on the baking oven. The sides of the dough should be reddish.
- We serve them warm at a party with children and adults or with them at an outdoor picnic.
