Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- White part of one leek
- 1 potato
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- parsley or mint
- lemon juice as you wish
Directions
- First, we will wash and chop the vegetables. Thus, we will clean the potato and cut it into cubes.
- Also, clean the cauliflower and cut it into medium pieces.
- Then, rinse the leek and cut it not too thin. Next, in a non-stick pan, add olive oil and leek, and sauté them in olive oil. Add a little more salt.
- Simmer a little and add the potatoes. Next, stir it in and add the cauliflower at the end.
- Then, cover the vegetables with water and let the vegetables simmer for 15 minutes.
- Once the time has passed, we will fry them with a mixer.
- Finally, add chopped fresh herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil to the top.
