This Tuna Fusilli Recipe is a first dish that cooks quickly with few ingredients, and it tastes great. We cook it with tuna fish, black olive, and tomato puree.

Ingredients
- 400 g Fusilli pasta
- 250 g tuna fish in oil
- 50 g of black olives
- 1 green zucchini
- 400 ml tomato puree
- A bunch of fresh arugulas
- salt, pepper
- garlic
- olive oil
- fresh parsley
Directions
- We will put a pot of water to heat and cook pasta, and in the meantime, we will prepare the sauce.
- In a deep frying pan, we will throw olive oil and a clove of garlic.
- We will add the olives and the finely chopped zucchini.
- After a few minutes, when the zucchini tender, we will add the drained oil tuna fish.
- Continue cooking by adding tomato puree and season all with salt and pepper.
- We will cook it for 2-3 minutes, add fresh parsley, and our sauce is ready.
- Meanwhile, boil the “al dente” pasta, drain it from the water and add it to the sauce. Add a little of the pasta water and mix for another minute in the saucepan to taste.
- Serve fusilli pasta warm, with fresh arugula leaves on top and a pinch of olive oil. You can also add minced grana cheese if you prefer.
