Stuffed Steak Rolls Recipe

This Stuffed Steak Rolls Recipe is simple to prepare, very tasty and we can consume as a second plate during our family meals.  This recipe can cook in our daily menu, for a family lunch during weekends, or for any other special menu or our holidays or events. It is a nice way to serve the meat and it is lovely for everyone that likes and consumes the meat. This recipe is with beef steak, but we can prepare the same way with other poultry and meat variety.

  • 5 beef steak slices
  • 5 pizza cheese slices
  • 5 baked ham slices
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • Fresh salvia leaves and rosemary

Directions

  1. For this recipe, we choose the soft part of beef steak from the thigh part and cut it in thin slices.
  2. We beat them lightly, and marinate with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the cheese and ham slices over each beefsteak and roll jointly. Fix each steak rolls with a tooth stick, adding a salvia leaves.   5. Add the stuffed beefsteak rolls, and stir-fry carefully for 4-5 minutes until golden brown from all the sides.

  7. Cover the pan with a lid, and let the meat to cook for other 2 minutes in low heat. The wine, melted cheese and meat liquid will create a sauce.
