- 1 kg of Potatoes
- 250-300 g of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
Sauce
- 1 chicken breast
- 300 g of spinach
- 100 ml of cream
- olive oil

- Parmesan cheese
Directions
Potato Gnocchi
- First, we will rinse the potatoes well and put them to boil in cold water and a little salt for 30 minutes. Anyway, try inserting a fork inside to see if they have boiled well.
- Once ready, we will prepare the gnocchi. First, press the boiled potatoes peeled from the skins with potato presses in a deep bowl.
- Next, in the same bowl, add flour, egg, and a little salt.
- Then, make the gnocchi dough and add a little flour if necessary. We will see that the dough will form quickly. Even if it is a little sticky, we knead it with other flour in the work plan.
- Next, start to cut potato gnocchi. For that, transfer potato gnocchi dought to a table sprinkled with flour.
- Then, roll it, give the dough a cylindrical shape, and cut it into small equal gnocchi parts.
- Next, use a fork, sliding the cut pieces of dough to give a light crushing and serration shape.
- We put potato gnocchi in an open casserole and sprinkled them with flour. Continue like this with all the dough.
- If you want to preserve some or all of potato gnocchi for future cooking, you can store it well in the freezer.
- So, first, we put them in the freezer in an open casserole. Passing the frozen time, remove the gnocchi from the freezer and put frozen gnocchi in the plastic bag, keeping it in the freezer again.
Preparing the Sauce
