Directions

  2. Once we put the full octopus in the pot, we also add the white vinegar and spices. Let it cook for 45 minutes. We control it with a fork because the cooking time depends on the size of the octopus.
  3. Let it cool in its boiling water. We take it out and cut it into small pieces.

  5. We mix it well and cover the salad bowl. We let it in the fridge to rest for a few hours before serving it. You can also cook it one day before to eat it.
