  • 500 g peeled carrots
  • 1-potato
  • 1-celery stalk
  • 1-onion
  • salt, pepper, olive oil
  • 1-vegetable nut
  • 1 liter of vegetal stock or water
  • Lemon juice, ginger, chilly pepper
  • A cup of crunchy bread

Directions

  3. Let them cool a bit, and blend them with a blender or kitchen shredder.
  4. Put the soup back in the pot, and arrange it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  5. If we like a more spicy taste, we will grind 1-2 cm of fresh ginger with a grater and mix it with lemon juice. You can add lemon juice as you desire. We will add this mixture to the soup. If we like the chilly taste, we will add chili powder to it. We also can consume fresh chili peppers when we taste the soup individually.
  6. We prepare crunchy bread by cutting non-fresh bread into cubes, marinate them with salt, pepper, olive oil and various spices, oregano, thyme, mint. Transfer the bread to a pan, or bake in the oven for a few minutes in a pan lined with parchment paper.
