Ingredients for 4-Servings

320 g spaghetti pasta
200 g shrimps
3-4 ripe medium tomatoes, or 7-8 cherry tomatoes
2- peeled garlic cloves
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
1-chilly pepper if you prefer a spicy taste
Parsley or basil to garnish

Directions

  1. First, clean the shrimp from the shell, tail, sand vein, and head. Rinse in the water and let apart. Some shrimp head takes for our sauce.

  3. Next step, in a large pan, add the shrimps and one tbsp olive oil and cook the shrimps for one minute until golden. Transfer fried shrimp to a plate to add to the sauce later.
  4. Also, in the same pan, add garlic cloves, and chilly pepper ( if you like spicy), and let the oil heat with spices.

  6. Cook tomatoes on medium heat until tender and create a tomato sauce.
  7. Add coarse salt to the boiled water, and after that, add pasta to boil in salty water.   8. Add the fried shrimp, for one minute, before transferring the boiled pasta to the pan sauce, and the boiled pasta after that and let cook together for the 2 or 3 last minutes. Tips

  • You can use different varieties of cherry tomatoes, and good ripe tomatoes with this recipe.
  • Following the same procedure, you also can use prawn or scampi shrimps.
