Ingredients
- 600 g of fresh salmon
- A mix of herbs, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper
- A slice of bread without crust
- Olive oil
Sauce
- 1 avocado
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- Lemon juice
- salt, pepper
- Mixed salad as a side dish
Directions
- We will grind the bread with spices in a food processor. You can also use dill and rosemary. The grated bread will take on a beautiful green color.
- Cut the salmon into slices and marinate them with salt and pepper. We transfer them to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and cover the top with spicy bread.
- Add a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with avocado sauce and fresh marinated salad as desired. A very healthy dish and loved by all.
How to prepare avocado sauce?
- We cut the avocado fruit in half and transfer all its pulp into a glass bowl.
- We press it with the fork until it makes creamy.
- We will add the juice of half a lemon and salt and pepper.
- We will also add small tomatoes cut into cubes.
- Cover the sauce with a cellophane bag and leave it in the fridge until the moment of serving. You can prepare this sauce in advance and serve it when you want.
