The combination of Salmon With Broccoli is one of my favorites, and same as we tried this delicious combination at Salmon And Broccoli Pasta, this Salmon Broccoli Quiche Recipe is just as delicious. The recipe is simple, and we can cook it by following the same way as we explained in Spinach Quiche and Mushroom Quiche. The preparation is in a few minutes by preparing the crust dough with oil, which we open directly and place in the cake pan, baking it for 15 minutes while we prepare the filling.
We will cook the freshly diced salmon in the pan for a few minutes, and we boil or steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes. We also prepare the cream that we will add on top of them with eggs and cream.
It is one of the most delicious Quiche recipes you may have tried, simple and full of nutritional value. We can serve it as an aperitif, salted tart at banquets, lunches, or family dinners.
Ingredients for a baking pan 22-24 cm
For the crust dough
- 180 g of flour
- 65 ml of olive oil
- 60 ml cold water
- a little salt
Filling
- 150 g fresh salmon fillet
- 70 g of broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of cream
- salt, pepper, olive oil, one garlic clove, fresh parsley
- 60 g of Guda or Mozarella cheese
Directions
- We will prepare the dough by quickly mixing the flour, salt, olive oil until it granulate. We will add cold water by mixing well to create a soft dough.
- Work it a little and roll it, and after that, we transfer it into a baking pan.
We cut the excess dough into boards and pierce the layer with a fork. We put above the layer parchment paper and dried beans above it. Bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. - Prepare the filling. In a pan, we will add a little olive oil, a clove of garlic, and place the freshly washed salmon, dried with kitchen paper and cut into small pieces. We will cook it for a few minutes on both sides and transfer it to kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
- Meanwhile, put a pot of boiling salted water and boil the broccoli cut into small pieces for about 4-5 minutes. Or we can cook it on steam.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream well, add salt, pepper, and mix all well.
We will grate the cheese with a grater and chop the fresh parsley finely. - Remove the pan from the oven, place the salmon, add the broccoli, cover the surface with parsley and grated cheese.
- Finally, we will add the cream with eggs and cream and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes until it turns golden red on the surface and the cake boards separate from the pan.
- Take it out from the oven, let it cool a bit, place it on a serving plate and serve as desired warm or room temperature by cutting it into pieces.
