Ingredients
- Baguette sliced bread
- 1-zucchini
- 1-eggplant
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 2 tbsp of ground Parmigiano Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Prepare the vegetables by washing them and cutting them into small cubes. We will cook them with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- We transfer them to a bowl and flavor them with parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. You can also use any other type of cheese if you wish.
- Place the sliced bread in an oven pan and place the vegetables on top. Add the mozzarella cut into pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until the mozzarella melts and the bread is toasted. Serve them warm.
