Ingredients
- 125 -150 g of quinoa
- 4-5 champignon mushrooms or another type
- one spring onion
- one fresh garlic (facultative)
- fresh parsley and mint
- salt, pepper, olive oil
Directions
- First, we will boil the quinoa to get it ready for our recipe. So, rinse the quinoa with running water and cook it in boiling water.
- So, in a pan, we added water in a ratio of 2:1, or one glass of quinoa and two glasses of water.
- When the water boils, add the rinsed quinoa and let it cooks until it absorbs all the boiling water. Add salt and a little olive oil.
- Meanwhile, continue the work by finely chopping the onion and garlic. If you do not like the taste of garlic, you can avoid it.
- In a pan, add olive oil and finely chopped onion. Also, add the chopped garlic. Then, we will sauté it with olive oil until it softens.
