This Petulla Me Kos recipe is a traditional Albanian food. In this recipe, we prepare them stuffed with cheese to enjoy in the family. It is a simple recipe and cooks with few ingredients and quickly.
We used soft Emmental cheese for this recipe. You can use any other favorite soft cheeses to stuff them.
Now that the weather is getting warmer up considerably, our outdoor picnics or weekends will be even more frequent. In this period of the year, we like to cook food such as Petulla, Pancakes, Pies, Albanian Pite, Crepe, Muffins, Panini, etc., which are a good solution for the whole family.
I recommend cooking our picnic meals to enjoy with our family and kids.
