Directions
- First, we will prepare a baking pan with baking paper at its base and turn on the oven to heat to 175 degrees.
- Also, put the raisins in water to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Then, In a deep glass bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk until foamy. Add vanilla flavor or lemon peel.
- Additionally, add the oil and milk and continue mixing. Next, we will gradually add the sifted flour mixed with the puff pastry.
- Mix with a hand mixer with electricity until the flour is mixed.
- Finally, add the raisins drained from the water to the cake batter and mix with a spatula.
