Ingredients

  • ½ of boiled octopus
  • 2-medium potatoes
  • 2.garlic cloves
  • chilly pepper
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 300 ml tomato sauce
  • fresh parsley
  • salt, black pepper

Directions

  1. We cut the boiled octopus into pieces and set it apart.
  2. We start with the preparation of the recipe by adding to a non-stick pan olive oil, garlic, and finely chopped chili pepper.

  4. We will also add the diced potatoes. Add the pre-cooked octopus and mix the whole mass.

  5. Add 300 ml of tomato sauce and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  6. We will add two cups of water and cook it over low heat until the potatoes soften and remain cooked in their sauce. The required cooking time is about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Finally, add the spices, pepper and season with salt. Serve warm to enjoy as an antipasto.
