Nutella Banana Muffins is a quick recipe to sweeten your breakfasts or afternoons. These muffins are small soft banana cakes with a heart of hazelnut cream.
The recipe is easy to prepare. In a few minutes, the muffin dough is ready for baking, and in less than 30 minutes, you will enjoy these small cakes.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 water glass of sugar
- 50 ml of corn oil
- 2 small bananas
- a little cinnamon
- 1 1/2 glass of flour
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- Nutella
Directions
- We will beat the eggs with the sugar until they become foam and add volume.
- Continue cooking by adding oil and at the same time continue mixing.
- Add the crushed bananas with a fork and half a spoon of cinnamon powder.
- Once they are well mixed, add the flour, the baking powder, and mix the mixture carefully.
- We will distribute the obtained dough in muffin baking tins lined with the respective papers. The mass of the prepared dough is 12 muffins.
- We will throw a tablespoon of dough, then a teaspoon of Nutella. Cover it again with other muffin dough.
- Calculate not to fill the baking form but 3/4 of the mass because the dough will swell.
- Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Try it with a toothpick.
- When the muffins are ready, let them cool a bit, take them out of the tin, transfer them to a serving plate and serve as desired.
