Linguine With Meatballs

Ingredients

For the meatballs

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread
  • salt, pepper, fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp ground Parmesan

For the pasta sauce

  • Meatballs
  • Tomato puree
  • salt e pepper
  • olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • garlic
  • 400 g of Linguine pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. We will prepare the meatball dough, and with it, we will form meatballs as small as an olive.
  2. In a saucepan, add olive oil, one garlic clove, and one sprig of rosemary.

  4. Continue cooking by adding tomato puree and leave it together with the meatballs to cook and taste.

  5. We will add salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.

  7. Leave the linguine pasta to taste in the prepared sauce for another minute.
  8. Serve this pasta immediately and season it with rosemary and ground parmesan cheese on top.

  1. Ok so after being on lockdown for several months one thing I’ve been experimenting on was trying out recipes. I have tried several pasta and meatball recipes in the last year (at least 5) and this one got it near perfect in my opinion. I tried it 3 times to finally get it right but that was a fault on my part with getting the linguine right, first try it was undercooked and 2nd attempt it was overcooked lol, but i finally got it right. This is a great meal especially after a workout or for meal prepping in my opinion, very cost effective and it really doesn’t take long at all. great article great recipe please post some more pasta related dishes.
