Ingredients
- 400 g of chicken breast fillet
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp of flour
- salt, pepper

- We will cut the chicken fillet very thin. You can even buy it cut in supermarkets.
- Marinate the chicken slices with salt and pepper and prepare the breading. For that, prepare three plates, one with flour, one with bread crumbs, and one with beaten eggs and a little salt.
- First, we will pass the chicken slices one by one in the flour on both sides. Then in beaten eggs liquid, and finally, on the breadcrumbs. We can repeat it once again to make it even more crunchy. So, you can repass again in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs to realize crispy chicken cutlets.
- In a pan, pour frying oil and fry the cutlets until they turn reddish.
- Remove them from the pan and place them on a kitchen paper to drain the absorbed oil.
- You can associate it with what you like best. For a balanced meal, we chose to serve it with a mixed salad marinated with olive oil, salt, and lemon. You can also use these cutlets to fill Piadina or Tortilla with Guacamole and other sauces.
