Fresh Salad Recipe

This Fresh Salad Recipe is a light and healthy one to enjoy all spring and summer. A similar recipe should not be missing in your meals.
We recommend using seasonal and fresh ingredients for your salad recipes.
For this recipe, I chose the Fresh Red Leaf Salad. I combined it with avocado, strawberries, and soft cheese.

  • Fresh salad with red leaves
  • Avocado
  • strawberries
  • one green onion
  • soft cheese (your favorite)
  • Salt, lemon or vinegar, olive oil

Directions

  1. For this recipe, we will use fresh red leaf salad. We rinse it well and chop on average.
  2. We will also wash the other ingredients well.
  3. Put the chopped salad in a salad bowl and add fresh strawberries cut into pieces on top.
  4. We will add the diced avocado pulp, a finely chopped green onion, and the diced (soft) yellow cheese.
  5. Continue preparing the salad by getting the marinade ready. We will make a marinade with olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
  6. Mix it well until it becomes a creamy dressing sauce and add it on top. You can also use balsamic vinegar if you wish. You can also add fresh spices such as basil and parsley on top.
  7. We serve it as desired.
