Easy Veal Milanese Recipe-A delicious Italian Breaded Cutlet

Easy Veal Milanese Recipe is a recipe of the province of Lombardy in Italy, which is preferred and cooked everywhere in every country of the world. Furthermore, it is a breaded veal cutlet, crispy outside and tender and delicious inside.
You can cook it with thin veal steak or chops. Also, we brought it in the same way with chicken fillets.

The recipe is quick, simple, and tasty. Not in vain, this way of cooking beef is liked by everyone, as the meat remains tender on the inside, full of juice and flavor wrapped in the crunchy layer created by the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.

So, it is a second course. We can combine it with grilled, oven-baked, or fried vegetables and seasonal salads for a complete meal for dinner or picnic.
Also, even though it is cooked in the pan and fried, it does not absorb much oil and tastes great.

  • 400- 500 g veal cutlets ( 1 cutlet per person)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt, black pepper
  • vegetal oil
  • grilled veggies and seasoned salad to serve

Directions

  1. First, we prepare the meat. Thus, we will cut the steak very thinly and beat it with a meat beater. You can buy it ready to shop for meat.
  2. Next, prepare the eggs by beating them well in a bowl, where we add salt and pepper. We also make ready an open plate with flour and another one with crumbled bread.
  3. We start from work. First, pass the slices of veal into the flour on both sides. Take care to cover all sides so that the meat juices stick inside during cooking.
  4. Then, we pass the steaks in the eggs on both sides and finally over the crumbled bread. Moreover, it is better to repeat this process to make it even more crunchy. So, flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in double process for a full breading and super crunchy cutlets.
  5. Then, pour frying oil into the pan and fry the cutlets until they turn reddish. It is not necessary to use large amounts of vegetal oil. Look at it depending on the pan you are going to use.
  6. Once ready, remove veal cutlets from the pan and place them on a plate with kitchen paper to drain the absorbed oil.
  7. Finally, serve Veal Milanese warm. You can accompany it with roasted vegetables, baked or fried potatoes, seasonal salads, or favorite sauces.Easy Veal Milanese Recipe-Family Cooking Recipes
