Easy Spinach Salad Recipe

This Easy Spinach Salad Recipe is a delicate tasty combination of the spinach, shrimp, strawberry, and avocado. This is a simple recipe for every season, but mostly I prefer in the Spring and Summer when all the ingredients can be fresher. This dish is plenty of colors, freshness, and delicateness.

Shrimp is seafood that easily can find in the market all year. Spinach and the other ingredients we can provide easily. The combination of all of these ingredients makes this salad not only tasty but healthful.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach, better if you find baby spinach
  • 4-5 big cleaned shrimps or 10 small ones
  • 1-avocado
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 tsp Susan seeds
  • Olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice

Directions

  1. Wash the spinach with bicarbonate soda, and rinse it well in running water. Put in a colander to eliminate the remaining water.
  2. Chop the spinach leaves with your hands or let the leaves as they are if you have the baby spinach.
  3. In a salad bowl, add the chopped spinach.

  6. In another bowl, we mix olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice to prepare the salad dressing.
