  12. 50 g of seedless black olives
  13. ½ red pepper

Directions

  1. We will cut the pancetta into pieces and transfer it to a pan without adding any more fat to cook for a few minutes until it becomes crispy.
  2. We will sift the flour and mix it with the puff pastry and set it aside.
  3. Wash the zucchini and grate it with a grater. We cut the olives in half and the pepper in the cube.
  4. In a glass bowl, we put the eggs and the Parmigiano cheese. We will beat them with an electric beater until it makes a creamy one. Add the milk and oil and mix again.

  6. We will add ¾ of bacon, olives, and peppers to the dough. We transfer it to a 26-28 cm greased and flourish baking plum cake.
