The pear is a fruit tree that grows widely in Europe and North America, but it also cultivates in China, Asia, and Australia.
The raw pear is mainly water 84%, carbohydrates 15%, and 1% proteins and fats. We can take up to 57 calories from 100 g of raw pear fruit, and it contains mostly vitamin C, K B6, and minerals like Magnesium, Manganese, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorous, etc.
