  • 100 g powder sugar
  • 250 ml fresh whipped cream
  • 10 g gelatin sheets
  • 2 tbsp of bitter cocoa

Directions

Cheesecake base

  1. As a start, we will crush the chocolate cookies to form the base of the dessert.
