Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 3- eggs
- 170 g of sugar
- 100 ml of corn oil
- 150 ml white natural yogurt or fruit yogurt with lemon
- 1- a packet of vanilla
- 2- lemons zest and juice
- 1- baking powder package
- A little salt
- Powdered sugar for decor
Directions
- In a glass bowl, add the whole eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt, and beat it with an electric beater until it makes a foam.
- We will add the vanilla, the lemon zest and juice, the oil, and the yogurt, and we will continue to mix until it forms a homogeneous mass.
- Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with a baking powder, mixing from top to bottom until the cake dough is ready.
- In a buttered cake pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, we will add the cake dough and place it to bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and allow to cool completely before consuming.
