  • 400 g  Linguine Pasta

Basil Pesto

  • 1 cluster of basil
  • 2 tbsp minced Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil 50 -70 ml
  • 1 tbsp of Pine seeds (Pinoli)
  • salt
  • fresh basil leaves and ground Parmesan cheese for serving pasta

Directions

  1. So, to prepare the basil pesto, we will add all the ingredients to the mixer glass and blend them until to make a creamy sauce.
  2. Also, you can add a little more olive oil if you see that it is a thick mass.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the linguine pasta in boiling salted water and drain them cooked al dente.
