For the custard cream we need:
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 eggs yolk
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Lemon zest

Directions
- First, we prepare the sweet pastry as we have illustrated in the recipe, and after passing the rest time in the refrigerator, open it with a roller in a layer, and cut and regulate in tarts stencils. During this time we have preheated the oven at 180 degrees.
- We bake the tarts in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, until they were golden.
- Put the baked tarts out from the oven and let them cool.
