This Cocoa Cookies Recipe is quick and easy, without eggs and delicious. They also are great as the chocolate cookies, the same tasty and perfect for breakfast, to consume with coffee, tea, or any other juice that you like to consume during your day. They are a fast solution when we don’t have anything sweet for our breakfast or our snack time. They prepare with a base of butter dough for a soft and flavour taste.

Ingredients
- 240 g of all-purpose flour
- 140 g of sugar
- 80 g of cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Lemon zest or vanilla extract
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 100 ml of milk
- Powder sugar for decor
Directions
- In a deep bowl, we mix all the dry ingredients, the sifted flour and cocoa, sugar, baking powder and lemon zest.
- Add the butter from the refrigerator in pieces and start to make the cookies dough. We add little by little the milk and the dough will be ready in a few minutes. It will be soft and non-sticky.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
- Helping by a roller, we open the dough in a layer with 0,5-1 cm of thinness and cut it in shapes.
- Cover a baking pan with baking paper, put the cookies on it and bake them at the preheated oven for about 9 minutes.
- Decorate the cookies with powder sugar.
