This Chocolate Yogurt Cake recipe is much tasty and easy to prepare. In a few minutes, you prepare a delicious recipe and a healthy breakfast for your family. When we are in a hurry for work, school, or want to accompany our morning coffee or tea, one or two pieces of this cake are enough, and we are complete for the meal. Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of sugar
- 150 ml of vegetal oil
- 250 ml of yogurt
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 100 g dark chocolate in pieces
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- salt
- ground lemon zest
- vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powder sugar
Directions
- Using an electric beater, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
- We will add the oil and continue mixing.
- Add the yogurt and minced skin of an organic lemon.
- Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix it carefully and add the chocolate.
- We put the cake dough in a cake baking pan coated with butter and sprinkled with flour, and we will bake it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes. We should do the toothpick test before removing the cake from the oven.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
- Serve as desired for breakfast, afternoon, and with a cup of coffee, tea, milk, or fresh fruit juice.
