Chocolate Yogurt Cake

- 3 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 150 ml vegetal oil or olive oil
- 250 ml yogurt natural yogurt
- 300 g flour all-purpose
- 100 g dark chocolate in pieces or chocolate chips
- 8 g baking podwer
- salt
- ground lemon zest
- vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
We beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
We will add the oil and continue mixing.
Add the yogurt and minced skin of an organic lemon.
Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix it carefully and add the chocolate.
We transfer the cake dough in a cake baking pan coated with butter and sprinkled with flour, and we will bake it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
