Chocolate Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 150 ml vegetal oil or olive oil
  • 250 ml yogurt natural yogurt
  • 300 g flour all-purpose
  • 100 g dark chocolate in pieces or chocolate chips
  • 8 g baking podwer
  • salt
  • ground lemon zest
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • We beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
  • We will add the oil and continue mixing.
  • Add the yogurt and minced skin of an organic lemon.
  • Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix it carefully and add the chocolate.
  • We transfer the cake dough in a cake baking pan coated with butter and sprinkled with flour, and we will bake it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
