Chicken Meatballs With Sauce

Chicken Meatballs With Sauce is a second dish to enjoy at lunch or dinner with family or friends. We traditionally cooked the chicken meatballs and enjoyed them with a sauce prepared with seasonal vegetables.

We can cook it whole in the pan, or we can choose to cook it partly in a pan and finish this recipe in the oven. The taste is delicious in both cases. The way of cooking it depends on the time you have available for cooking. I most like to finish it in the oven.

Ingredients

For the chicken meatballs

  • 300 g ground chicken meat
  • 2 slices of bread without crust
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • mix of herbs
  • 2 tbsp of ground Parmesan cheese

  • 2 green onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 Cerely stalk

  • a little flour, or one tbsp of ground cheese

  1. First, we will make the meatball dough by mixing all the ingredients in a large glass bowl.

  3. We will divide the amount of meatball dough and form small meatballs, which we fry with olive oil in a pan until they turn reddish.

Cooking the Sauce

  2. We will cut all the other vegetables into cubes. You can preferably add or remove any of the ones we have listed above.

  4. Once the vegetables and all the liquid mass start to boil, we will add the previously fried meatballs and cover the pot with a lid.

  1. We will finish this recipe in the pan or the oven.
